Академия наук прикладной радиоэлектроники (АН ПРЭ) основана
в мае 1992 года и зарегистрирована
Министерством юстиции Украины №250 4 июня 1992г. Академия создана ведущими
учёными оборонных отраслей промышленности и Вузов Украины, Российской Федерации,
Республики Беларусь. Инициировали её создание ученые Военной инженерной
радиотехнической академии им. Маршала Советского Союза Л. А. Говорова. По
своему юридическому статусу Академия является международной общественной
ACADEMY OF SCIENCES OF APPLIED RADIO ELECTRONICS www.anpre.org.uaThe Academy of Sciences of Applied Radio Electronics (AS ARE) was founded in May, 1992 registered by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine under №250 in June, 4, 1992. The Academy was created by the scientists of the defense-oriented industry and higher educational establishments of Ukraine, Russian Federation, Republic of Belarus. The scientists from the Military Radio Engineering Academy named after Marshal of the Soviet Union L.A. Govorov initiated its creation. According to its legal status the Academy is the International Public Scientific Organization.
Conference is the highest governing body of the Academy. Presidium and Bureau of Presidium are the executive bodies. The work of the Presidium is headed by President of the Academy. Honored Scientist of Ukraine, Honorary Radio Man of the USSR Almazov Vladislav Borisovich was chosen the first President of the Academy.
Since 2000 Honored Scientist of Ukraine Associate Member of NAS of Ukraine, Rector of Kharkov National University of Radio Electronics (KNURE) Bondarenko Mikhail Fedorovich heads the Academy.
Scientific and territorial divisions function in the frameworks of the Academy. The Academy numbers in its ranks 20 Honored Academicians, more than 300 Members and Associate Members of the Academy of Sciences. Many competent scientists - Members of the National Academies of different countries make part of the Academy of Sciences of Applied Radio Electronics. Research institutes, centers and enterprises of Ukraine and Russian Federation function in the frameworks of the Academy as legal entities.
The main concern of the Academy consists in consolidation of the intelligent and production potential in the interests of increase in efficiency of scientific and research activity, complex solution of a priori problems of development in the field of applied electronics; strengthening of scientific links, collaboration of scientific associations and scientific schools of different countries, development of progressive forms of the science organization; rational use of scientific potential and financial resources for the purpose of technological progress.
Since 2002 the Academy publishes in Russian the scientific journal "Applied Radio Electronics" (four volumes per year). Publication in English is planned.
According to the Charter the Academy collaborates with the state and public organizations of Ukraine and other states as a member equal in rights of national and international unions and organizes exchange of scientific information and information banks of discoveries and inventions. The Academy actively participates both in the national and branch research programs, in organization of forums and conferences of the international level.
The Academy can join the international public (non-state) organizations, support direct international contacts and relations, enter into corresponding international agreements.
There are two types of membership of the Academy - individual and collective ones. Scientists, managers, engineers - citizens of Ukraine, Russian Federation, Republic of Belarus and other countries, who gained important research, production and other results in the field of radio electronics and are recommended by Members of the Academy, can be chosen the Members (academicians) of the Academy. Enterprises, establishments, organizations, irrespective of the form of ownership, as well as societies of citizens, acknowledging the Academy Charter and having paid entrance fees and annual membership duties, can become collective members of the Academy. Activity of the individual and collective members should be directed to solution of the problems of the Academy. Collective members have the privilege when nominating their own candidates for the Members of the Academy.
